Each agent is limited to One property on tour and you must participate in the entire tour the week your home is on Caravan.

On the morning of the tour...

Please check in at the tour desk before the conclusion of the marketing meeting to verify that your listing has been scheduled. There will be no changes the morning of the meeting other than the removal of listings that have been sold or withdrawn.

The tour will be set up, split and mixed at the discretion of the tour director. In the event of a split tour, you must be on the tour for your listing or it will not be toured.

Parking, driving & riding…

It is recommended that agents should drive the week their listing is on tour. Please attempt to fill all cars with tour participants as a fuel-conservation issue and to allow for easier maneuvering within smaller spaces on the tour.

All non-driving (carpooling) persons on tour must park in the lot, not on the street.

We will leave at 9:30-9:45 am and attempt to be back to Centre Concord between 12:00 & 12:30 pm. The Tour Captain will arrange the caravan in the parking lot and make sure all cars are filled, and all riders have a ride.

While on tour…

The tour captain’s cell phone number will be posted at the top of the tour sheet so that anyone who gets lost from the tour may call and “catch up”. The Tour Captain has the discretion to change the sequence of properties on the tour, and/or remove any property from the tour within the guidelines of these rules.

The tour captain will direct participants at each property as to who is next and the car that is next will lead to their tour property. Tour participants should NOT enter the property without the listing agent being present to let you in as a courtesy to both the agent and their client.

Etc…

A property may be toured again after a 90 day period if there is a price reduction. As a courtesy to your peers and to honor their time, please notify us If a home is sold or has an accepted non- contingent offer, so it can be pulled off the tour.
