Contra Costa Realtors In Motion

Each week CCRIM members tour listings held by our members. We all jump into our cars and caravan our way from house to house. The tour is a great way to showcase new home listings, improve your market knowledge and do a little networking.

If you would like to have a property on the Caravan Tour, you must first go on tour the week prior to showing your listing. If you have met this requirement, you must complete the Online Caravan Registration form. This must be done before 12:00 PM on Monday prior to the Tuesday tour. Each agent is limited to One home on Caravan. (Fax registration is no longer available)

Showcase Your Listing
Bring flyers (at least 200+) to the meeting and put them on the flyer table. The registration table will assign you a number. When presentations are made, you will be called in order to present your property.

You may either ride with another person or drive your own car on tour, but when it is your turn, you will need to lead the caravan to your listing. Please have the property and your owners prepared for showing - there wil be a large numer of people and cars coming. Please don't forget your lockbox key.

A Few Reminders
When leading the tour, don't hurry to your listing to get it open. Try to keep the tour together, so we don't lose someone. If someone gets lost, they probably won't see your listing. All touring member must remember to leave your business card with the Tour Captain at the last property on tour in order to receive credit for attending. You must finish the tour to be eligible to show another listing on tour.

Broker Tour is like an open house. It is also on Tuesday and you set the hours. To get a property on the Broker Tour, log on to the MLS computer. From the menu choose Hotsheet / Tour, then choose tour input, fill in the requested information.

Be at your property at the time you specified. You may have snacks or lunch. If you plan to do both the Caravan and Broker Tours, you must go on the Caravan Tour, therefore, you will need to have someone at your listing for the Broker Tour.
